With projects expanding across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria, we're looking for a talented and driven Civil Engineer to join our technical team and contribute to project success — from concept to completion.

Location: Office – 3/56-60 Export Drive, Brooklyn VIC 3012

Position: Civil Engineer (Full-Time)

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 + Superannuation

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll manage civil engineering elements on a diverse range of projects, including structural remediation, facility upgrades, and new developments. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Planning, designing, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of civil engineering structures and infrastructure

2. Preparing and reviewing technical drawings, specifications, tenders, and contract documentation

3. Conducting site inspections and monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with design plans and regulations

4. Coordinating with architects, project managers, contractors, and regulatory bodies

5. Performing calculations and modelling for load-bearing capacities, drainage systems, and foundations

6. Assessing environmental impact, safety standards, and cost controls throughout the project lifecycle

7. Leading design updates and reporting on project milestones, budget adherence, and risk mitigation

8. Supporting remedial design and rectification works, ensuring minimal disruption and structural safety

9. Advising on materials, methods, and regulatory compliance in line with Australian standards

What You’ll Need

1. A Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Civil Engineering

2. 3 years of experience in civil engineering or related infrastructure roles

3. Strong understanding of Australian building codes, construction regulations, and engineering standards

4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and contractor coordination

6. High attention to detail with an analytical and solution-oriented mindset

7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure

8. Current Australian driver’s licence and full working rights
