We are on a mission to find an exceptional Casual Retail Assistants to join our dynamic team at Replay South Wharf Melbourne. In this role, you will work as part of team to create a genuine shopping experience for every customer.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Actively and passionately sell on the shop floor and contribute to the stores sales and KPI targets
• Ensure store presentation is immaculate through adhering to our visual merchandising standards
• Ensure product knowledge of footwear and accessories
• Assist in managing and replenishing stock and contribute to a well organised stock room
• Assist your Store Manager with various administration and store maintenance duties including cleaning as required
• Contribute to a well organised stock room and use ladders to retrieve stock from a height (comfortability doing so is a must)
• Always maintain a positive CAN-DO attitude and embrace the Replay culture!

The skills and experience you offer us:

• Previous customer service experience and creating unforgettable shopping experiences
• You work well within fast paced team environments: you are upbeat, energetic, and motivating - you make the best out of any situation!
• You have strong communication and organisational skills
• You are a great listener and use feedback constructively
